IT-Workz is looking for an experienced proactive Functional Application Manager. As a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), we deliver smart, future-oriented IT solutions to organizations in the education domain. Our strength? What are you going to do?

As Functional Application Manager, you are the liaison between IT and our clients. You ensure that our applications are optimally utilized and continuously meet the needs of our clients. You are responsible for the functional management of, among others:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CE
  • Business Central
  • Microsoft 365
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • TOPdesk
  • Synigo

Are you versed in many of these applications? Then we are looking for you. You advise customers, analyze processes, supervise changes/projects and work together with colleagues from development, support and project management. You identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions. You think proactively about innovation, adoption and improving the user experience.

What do you bring?

  • You hold relevant Microsoft certifications that contribute to our Microsoft designation.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in functionally managing (several of) the above applications.

You recognize yourself in the following competencies:

  • Strongly developed analytical skills: you quickly see through where things can be improved and actively contribute to the solution.
  • Proactive, customer-focused and scalable thinking (managed service provider mindset);
  • Ownership: you take responsibility for your actions and their results. You can work independently and in a structured way.
  • Communication skills: both towards our internal organization and towards our customers.
