You will guide the implementation of high impact applications and systems, expose risks and remove barriers with only one goal: to contribute to the services of our customers. You coach agile teams and oversee complex chains. In order to find out whether the right product is being built in the right way. You do this with unlimited drive, knowledge of the business and a love of adding value. You enjoy the challenge of significantly improving the quality of systems and applications. You not only give direction and advice in the field of software testing, you also bring teams and organizations further in their agile way of working. You also help colleagues within Bartosz take the next step in their careers.
What do we ask of you? | Software testing at the highest level
- You are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone. You like challenge and variety in assignments at the leading organizations in the Netherlands.
- Strong communication and social skills. You use these to act at tactical, strategic and operational levels within organizations.
- You are familiar with the latest trends in software testing and, based on your experience, choose the most appropriate testing strategy for your client.
- Agile working holds no secrets for you. You have gained this knowledge and experience in practice, for example in the role of scrum master.
- You have held roles as a test manager or test coordinator and combine these with a hands-on mentality.
- You are intrinsically motivated to learn new things and experiment. You are also open to making an active contribution to the development of competence within Bartosz. By taking part in our communities or Labsz experiments in which we challenge ourselves to further sharpen our vision on agile and testing, identify trends in the market and engage in concrete product development.
- A completed college or university education with a solid IT component.
