What do you do as a Solution Architect?

As a Solution Architect at IT Captains, you will have the great task of creating future-proof architecture for our clients.

These are often long-term and complex projects, where the client specifically needs your support and expertise.

You think along in solutions to issues that arise, develop them and are responsible for coordination with IT managers and other relevant stakeholders. You know how to get the people involved to go along with you in the lines you set out and you ensure a fast, smooth realization of the chosen solutions.

How you will do that

As a Solution Architect, depending on your experience and what the client is looking for, you will work in a team of architects or take the role of lead architect.

Through IT Captains, you work on external projects – which not only provides fun variety and more learning opportunities, but also gives you the chance to make an impact at different organizations.

For example, our architects are active at companies such as:

RDW and the Chamber of Commerce
Health insurers VGZ and DSW

The Police and Judicial Council
Zwitserleven Pension

About you

Directions

In addition to an HBO/WO degree, your TOGAF and ArchiMate certifications are your passport to the world of our clients.

Experienced

You have 3+ years of experience as a solution architect within Enterprise organizations with large software landscapes and a background as a Microsoft developer.
