Software tester

Dordrecht
€2,500- €4,500 p/m

As a Software Tester at Prosoftware, you are jointly responsible for the quality of our healthcare software products. You will test new and improved functionalities from A to Z as if you were one of our users, creating a test situation(s) for this purpose and recording your found test results according to our protocols. We are looking for a very precise type who enjoys minutely reviewing every change in our software programs and apps. In doing so, you fully empathize with the way our customers work. You will work in a small test team and have short lines of communication with our development team.

What are you going to do?

  • Testing of new or improved functionalities delivered by developer
  • Recording test results according to protocol
  • Devise and set up test scenarios
  • Perform acceptance testing

What do we ask?

  • A specific education is not required. A HAVO or VWO diploma or a (not completed) HBO fits best.
  • You have a keen eye for detail
  • You are highly punctual and tenacious
  • You have highly developed and proven analytical skills
  • You have a proactive attitude, you are eager to learn and you can concentrate optimally

Responsibilities and authority

  • You are jointly responsible for the quality of our software products
  • You independently liaise with your colleagues on the test team and the development team
  • You must be very discreet with the information entrusted to you

Employment

  • Training budget €500 per year, 25 vacation days, 8% vacation pay

Onboarding

To get started as a Software Tester, you will have to get to know our software applications well. In the first six months you will be intensively trained in the various functionalities of the software applications. Maximum effort is expected from your side. You are not finished yet, also in the following months you will continue to learn independently.

This is a full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week.
Candidates living in Dordrecht or surrounding areas are preferred.
