As a developer you are daily engaged in developing back-end and front-end applications based on Java, JavaScript, but also integration, SQL and PL/SQL are regularly addressed. You will also have weekly functional and technical refinements and run team sprints of 2 weeks accompanied by a demo to stakeholders. You can grow into other roles such as business analysis, UI development or Architect.
