You will analyze high impact applications and systems, uncover risks and remove barriers with one goal: to contribute to the services of our clients. You will work on challenging test projects for our leading clients, such as Achmea, KLM, NS, Holland Casino, Rabobank or Belastingdienst.

We see that the testing profession is changing at lightning speed. Customers want new applications and functionalities with high quality faster and faster. DevOps and Continuous Delivery require a different view of testing and test automation. Everything must be faster and software development processes must be optimized. As an agile test engineer, you are the quality conscience and thus a defining player of the team.

What do we ask of you? | Software testing at the highest level

• You are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone. You like challenge and variety in assignments at the leading organizations in the Netherlands.
• Strong communication skills. You will need this when mentoring colleagues and acting as a sparring partner for the various stakeholders.
• You don’t do agile and scrum, but you are it! You function excellently in multidisciplinary teams.
• You have demonstrable experience with test automation and can work with tools like Robot Framework, Cypress, Katalon, Specflow and Cucumber. We need your technical skills for this competition. It has a strong advantage if you are able to grasp modern development languages such as JAVA, Javascript, Python or C#.
• You are intrinsically motivated to learn new things and experiment. You are also open to making an active contribution to the development of competence within Bartosz. By taking part in our communities or Labsz experiments in which we challenge ourselves to further sharpen our vision on agile and testing, identify trends in the market and engage in concrete product development.
• A completed college or university education with a solid IT component.
