We work from our locations in Veenendaal and The Hague. Without closed offices and staff departments. Bartosz is a flat organization and we value an inspiring internal culture. From an employee weekend in a nice city at homeor abroad, to a Family & Friendsz weekend in which we also involve partners, children and friends. What are you going to do? | Moving people, businesses and software systems forward
Packed with passion, knowledge and experience, you will make the difference by bringing people, organizations and software systems (even) further. You coach leading organizations, at various levels, so that they develop the right product in the right way. You do this by sharing your knowledge (teaching), stimulating cooperation (facilitating), asking the right questions (coaching) and by challenging and guiding people and teams (mentoring) towards developing qualitatively great products. The challenge for you is that this will be different in every organization, because there is no “one size fits all” approach. In doing so, you not only provide direction and advice on software testing, you also bring teams and organizations further in their agile way of working. In addition, you will help colleagues within Bartosz to take the next step in their career by participating in the various communities and intervision.
