Your position as a GRC Consultant

As a GRC Consultant, you combine the customer relationship focus of a customer success manager with the depth of an advisor in governance, risk and compliance. You will ensure that our LIAS solutions are not only properly implemented, but also continue to deliver sustainable value to our customers. Municipalities throughout the Netherlands rely on these products to keep a grip on information security, privacy and risk management. You are their permanent point of contact, guide them in the optimal deployment of our GRC solutions and help them to continuously improve their processes!

By and large, this will be your responsibility:

• Customer onboarding and training
• Advising on information security, privacy and risk management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide demos at our customers’ premises
• Advise on optimization of our products LIAS ISMS and LIAS Risk
• Translate market demand to improve and broaden our portfolio.
• Assisting customers with the implementation of BIO and ISO 27001, among others.

Furthermore, our products are constantly being optimized and new solutions are being added. This is where we need your help! Because you know what’s going on, you work closely with our Sales and Product Development colleagues. This way you are part of the innovation of our services. You know how to translate demand into supply.

What we ask of you:

• HBO/WO working and thinking level
• Knowledge of and experience with the fields of information security and or privacy
• Knowledge of the BIO and ISO 27001
• Willing certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CIPP/e
• Affinity and experience in the nonprofit sector
• The ambition to delve further into our products
• You are fluent in the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
